i need to know how to setup controls and were to get the wheel packs

Setting up controls is done via HyperHQ.exe which is located in your HyperSpin install directory.  Everything in on our website, check the downloads section...  If you have any other questions regarding HyperSpin, I suggest that you register for the site and post in our forums for assistance.
