i want neon green t-molding i need to know the cheapest out there and how to make the slot for it pls help

You will need to buy/borrow a router and use a slotting cutter like this [Whiteside Slotting Cutter 1/16" 3-Wing (http://www.t-molding.com/store/product.php?productid=55&cat=6&page=1)] and also a arbour to hold the cutter like this [Whiteside Slotting Cutter Arbor 1/4" Shank, 2-3/8"OL (http://www.t-molding.com/store/product.php?productid=54&cat=6&page=1)].
