I actually haven't heard anyone mention this front end. I happened upon it somewhere. Apparently it's still in development. I'm not sure why, because it doesn't make sense to me. More specifically, it doesn't have the options menus I'm familiar with where you select the rom and support files folder and you're off and running. And double-clicking on a game doesn't load it. It brings up the emu in question's configuration window - which doesn't either have the point-and-click option to select directories. It's really kind of weird. So I gave up on it.
Of course, as you can see below, it doesn't look 'cab-friendly', so I'd guess a its users aren't using it on cabs. But, even so, its function seems to defy desktop use. I dunno.

I ran across this a some time ago also. It looks like someone put alot of effort into it, but really, I not sure whats it all about either. :P Maybe it's for people that have multiple emus and just want a game list or something like that.
