Title: High Speed
Post by: Paul Olson on October 20, 2008, 03:29:10 am
I bought one of my favorite pins today. I sold my Space Invaders pin and flipped a Supersonic to pay for it. This hobby is really starting to get fun now.

Thanks for the links! I think I have those bookmarked somewhere, but you saved me a lot of time looking for them. I'm not sure when I am going to start restoring it. I think I will get it tuned up and cleaned up, then enjoy playing it for the winter.

Thanks,
Paul

I love High Speed.  It is probably on my eventual keepers list.

Good news! The High Speed is leaving the garage and is going to live in the house for the winter.  :applaud:

It is too cold out there to play. Maybe I will finally run the red light now (I'm not very good at this anymore  :banghead:).

Does anyone know where I can buy a replacement jet bumper cap for this pin? I have looked at every parts supplier I can find, but I haven't had any luck. One of mine is missing a chunk on the edge.

Thanks,
Paul

Thanks! Yeah, I already searched those, no luck.

On a positive note, I finally got to multiball tonight! It didn't last long, but it was a lot of fun.

Post on RGP.  There were so many High Speeds made you shouldn't ever have trouble finding parts for one.

Pinball resource...

http://www.pbresource.com/pfbumper.htm (http://www.pbresource.com/pfbumper.htm)

You'll find something 'close enough'

Was there one in particular you saw that was close? I didn't see any. Thanks

I will give RGP a try. Thanks.
