Title: MALA asks for 'Command Prompt Mame'...that's just regular mame right?

When working with MALA,

When it says to use 'Command Prompt Mame' that refers to regular Mame download (not mameui) right?

Or does it refer to  'Mame Windows Command Line Binaries' download ?   :dunno
