looking for mame instruction card to print.

something like .how to select game and start it, what pause quit and select buttons do and coinmech,
ans p12 start buttons. tryed making one for my black cp but looks like sh*t

Depends on the frontend you use and your admin setup. I edited the instruction card called The Vortex from localarcade.com.
