Ok I have an old compaq 5000us computer, with a 3DFX 210-0364-003 vga card. Ok I got the lastest driver and installed it on the computer, but still under device mangement it says pci card under other hardware with a yellow question mark. It used to only be 16 colors and 2 colors now it has the Medium (16 bit) and the 256 colors and, ect... BUT the reslolution is stuck at 640 X 480( I think that was the setting not entirely sure)?

Sounds like the driver isn't the correct one. You will be stuck in VGA mode until you find the correct driver and the yellow exclamation mark goes away unfortunately.

I have tried tons of them they are all the same and dont do it?

try to disbale it in windows device manager and then delete it afterwards.
if you have a windows 98 disk put it in and try to update the drivers off the disk if possible is another thing you could try.
it also may be set to your primary display under your bios setting instead of having it set to the vga for primary.
if all else fails try the quikres utilty to force the res onto windows.

Also, some people over at Mameworld might better know what drivers will work with that old card.

Good. Windows is finicky that way. I've experienced similar.
