Title: Problems with Mamemarquees.com?
Post by: jcoplin on July 27, 2008, 07:44:28 pm
Anyone else had trouble with Mamemarquees.com and custom work?  I've been trying to get an order placed for about a month now but I can't seem to raise anybody.  It took about a week after my initial inquiry to get the information on how and where to upload my art and since then (3 weeks) I haven't been able to get any response.

I thought this was the "standard" place to get stuff made but I'm having an incredibly difficult time getting any response?  Anyone know what's going on or have any other recommendations where I can send my art work for printing.  I have a fairly large order, a marquee, coin door surround, sideart, monitor overlay, and a kick plate.  Hopefully someone can shed some light on the situation for me.

Wow, that doesnt sound like Scott.  He usually answers emails within 12 hours.  Sounds strange.  You know, once I sent an order and the his email rejected my emails and my zip files too at least a dozen times.  I had to call them actually...

Maybe you should call Scott.

He's definitely around. I placed my order yesterday, and got several responses on emails I sent Friday and yesterday. He even said he's not backed up right now.

It does sound like a call is in order (assuming he provides a phone #?). Maybe spam blockers are blocking your emails for some reason. :dunno

Use an alternate email provider...  See if that helps....

It seems to be sorted now.  Mine must have just fallen through the cracks.  Frustrating but as long it is taken care of, everything is good.

Should be on the web site. He told me he's on vacation thru labor day though. Actually he said memorial day, but I hope that was a mistake! :laugh2:
