Title: Need quick help connecting Billabs to power
Post by: TxGlenn on July 15, 2008, 08:11:34 pm
This Billabs purchase has turned into a pain in ---my bottom---.  I order a 27" tri-res monitor and told them specifically "I am plugging this into a household outlet...I need a cord to connect from the monitor to the outlet."  They said no problem...$10 more for the cable I need.

Monitor comes and I cannot figure out how to connect power with supplied cable....I called Billabs they said "oops we sent you the wrong cable.  We will send you the right cable and you will be able to tell how it connects."

Well today I receive this new cable and I'll be damned if I can figure this one out.  Here is the monitor..

And here is my plug.  Is this what I need? am I'm not seeing where to connect it?

Am I just being dense here?  If this is not the cable, what kind of cable do I need to tell them to send me and is this something I can get anywhere else?  I NEED this by Friday.

Thanks

Arg! They sent me the right cable the first time.  It was in a hole in the styrofoam packaging.  Why do I create these headaches for myself?  :banghead:

Not sure why they sent me the new cable but oh well.

Thanks
