Title: What software do you use to create your custom front end logo?

I would like to design my own logo to use in Mamewah to replace the standard one. Could someone give me the name of a good prgram to do this with.?

For my custom marquee and FE intro screen i used Cool3D.  You can see pics of my marquee on my webpage.
