Title: re-veneering a cocktil cabinet and cutting holes.

hi ,
im restoring an old mooncresta cabinet,
its pretty tatty,
i was thinking of using iron on veneer,
but whats the best way to cut and shape it?.
also i was wanting to replace the locks with buttons,
i dont have a big drill bit so whats the best way to
enlarge the hole's,

If we're talking wood veneer, you'd use a veneer saw. If you're talking something like a countertop laminate then you could use a router. Or maybe a jigsaw or circular saw with a very fine blade.

Buy a big drill bit or a hole saw?

I'm just using woodgrain vinyl laminate on a midway Cocktail. Are the sides of your sized so that this would be an option?

yeah i rekon that would workout allright on mine,
the main problem for me would be mesuring it up right
,i allways seem to mess up in some way on precise
stuff.
