So I tried to paint my control panel.
I connected the wood with wood glue.
At the end of each pieces, I didnt do the 45 degree cut
I'm not sure how to explain
but does vinyl spackling able to cover mistakes in MDF?
like I apply vinyl first, then primer, then enamel paint. then polyurethane

Is your cabinet made out of plywood or MDF (or both)? It sounds like you have exposed edges you are trying to cover. Not that it matters though because vinyl is an exterior finish - you shouldn't paint or do anything else to it. To hide the exposed edges you can use spackle, sand it smooth and paint over it - that should hide everything nicely.

Personally, I think it sounds like a job for Bondo.

is bondo the same as wood putty i got from homedepot?

When you mention vinyl spackle, are you talking about silicone caulking? If so, then this is not what you want to finish your edges.
The products mentioned above will both work... Bondo is (usually) used for filling in dents on car bodies. It comes in a pasty form and you mix in the hardening agent. Then you have about 15 minutes to spread it on the area to fill (like frosting a cake), wait for it to dry and then sand sand sand. Spackle is mostly used for filling in holes in drywall, and many have found it works well for wood arcade projects as well. It is also applied like frosting, but it tends to be easier to sand. But it is also not as hard as Bondo when it dries. You could put your fingernail in the dried spackle and make a dent, but not so easily in the Bondo.
Wood putty is used for filling in small nail holes, and I would not recommend it for smoothing the edge of your wood. It is too think to work with like that, and more difficult to sand. The advantage of wood putty is that it is made from wood, and is stainable - not a concern for your project.

Check your local auto parts store. (Example here (http://www.partsamerica.com/productdetail.aspx?MfrCode=BND&MfrPartNumber=262&CategoryCode=3373B))
Personally, I think that spackling (http://www.lowes.com/lowes/lkn?action=productDetail&productId=114756-000000068-12378&lpage=none) is easier to work with, but some on this site have argued that spackling should only be used on drywall (see this forum topic (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=73066.0)). I know that others have used spackling and wall joint compound on their arcades with much success.
[Edit] Now I see what you are talking about when you say Vinyl Spackling (http://www.lowes.com/lowes/lkn?action=productDetail&productId=41519-000000068-12133&lpage=none). This is not what I would use if you are going to use spackling. Use the spackling paste like in the link above.

On my cab I've been using this stuff called "plastic wood". It seems to bond to the wood pretty solidly, and once I get my random orbital sander I'll be able to sand my CP smooth and then prime it which should lock it in pretty good. The stuff seems to be pretty sturdy and is supposed to be sandable, drillable, and everything-elseable. I'm actually using it to cover up the grain in the plywood. The parts I've hand sand smooth are like glass now.
