So, I have a new addition to the family. I am going to give it a real go at trying to restore it to its natural state. When I get it all put back together, I will take an assessment of the parts and make a decision as to whether I want to put a computer in it or not. The lady said the control arm needed some adjusting, and the mechanics were out of it when I picked it up, so I'll see. I definitely will be changing the decor. Hopefully I can find the nice original Disco style. I googled a version of it, and I really liked the looks of that. If I do decide to put a computer in it, I have already decided to make the changes completely reversible, as this is a nice machine.
Here is the link to the original Craigslist ad. I offered $100, and it took her a while to accept that offer:

Here is the Disco style that I really really like:

If anyone knows where I could find that setup, I would be greatly appreciative.

Damn, you find all of the cool stuff! I really need to search the Columbus craigslist more often for jukes :dunno
I can't wait to see what you do with this one.

Nice find. :applaud: I look forward to watching you restore this gem. Since I'm in the early stages of building my own
juke, I know with your attention to detail I'll learn something by watching you build yours. ;D

Ah.... nice to find someone else fond of the Disco 200 version of the AMI R-83.
I have the blue "Disco" version that you posted a pic of.
Mine is totally computer based now, still a work in progress. (the mechanics were all gone when I got it)
These have great cabinet styles..... but that Fiesta version is butt ugly.
Which is the one you have and yes that is the way it came originally with the red decor.
The Claremont version isn't much better.
The Disco 200 is the tops.
Looking forward to watching your progress.

Hi,
How have you got on with your Rowe Ami R-83 Fiesta.
Have you managed to locate the Disco trims or have you stuck to the orginal jukebox.
If you need advice or parts by all means contact me.

I will contact you in the near future! I did not find the disco trim for any affordable amount. Once I am able to get it assembled again, I will start problem solving and I am sure I will need assistance! Thanks again!
