Post by: zmo on May 17, 2003, 10:27:32 pm
Okay heres the deal I have been trying to wire my arcade monitor to my pc but all I get is a pink screen.
My monitor is a 19" williams model.
the cord I have coming from the pc has 5 wires red, blue, green, white, black.
The monitor has 6 wires
red,blue,green,white,black,and purple.
How would I wire this?

1. You need special software (such as arcadeos set to incabinet=1) to set the video card down to the 15kHz signal the arcade monitor needs.

2. You need to find the manual (should be able to find it online with the model number, which should be on the circuit board of the monitor), as that color scheme isn't standard.
