I can get a working GT '99 for $150 and a GT Fore '05 kit for about $200 and was wondering how hard is it to convert. The things I'm mostly concerned are the wiring for the two extra buttons, the power supply and monitor resolution. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's best to contact the manufacturer www.itsgames.com to answer your questions.

GT Fore '05 can be selected by dip switch medium res or low res, 99 GT was low res. GT Fore '05 can have two differnt mother boards, one green and one red and each of them take different power supplies. I know the red board takes a atx stye power supply. Adding the two buttons are added by adding the wires to the jamma harness at the correct location. I know you can find a GT fore (any year) manual on the internet to download and this will help you get it going. Just make sure the manual has the instructions for you color of motherboard.
