Looks kinda like a bit of foldover..... might try reducing the vertical size/height.

It's DEFINITELY foldover, but it's caused by old caps.  Once they're replaced, the screen will adjust to the edges again.

Well, in my opinion.... you can figure out exactly which cap may be bad and causing a particular problem with the right equipment..... but when ALL of the caps are probably going on twenty plus years old... you might as well just do a cap kit otherwise another one will probably go bad down the road a bit and just cause a different problem.   ;)
