Is there any way to make the game reset the score after a game over.
When I get a game over, it gives me the option of continuing where I left off,
but if I continue from the level I lost at, I also start off with my previous score also.
Is there a dip switch setting for this?
I didn't see anything in the service menu about it.

So you want to be able to continue..... but have the score start over at zero ?

All I found in the manual was " A game continuation option is also included. "
But nothing about DIP switch settings or anything other than the menu you already found.

Yeah, I thought it seemed a little like cheating if you could top the high score
list if you dropped enough quarters.

From a revenue perspective that was an incentive to keeping spending money on the game.

Yeah, I guess you're right about that.
It doesn't make it any better though, considering that's what I thought
the "bonus adder" settings in the service menu were for, especially when the
game started to lose it's charm and steadily brought in less and less revenue
for the machine owner.
Oh well.
Are there any rom hacks or somthing that I can burn to an eprom and use on this board?
