Title: lazarus run time error: 339

i keep getting this runtime error:339 when i try to run lazarus 4.5 . it says a .dll is not registered or something. anyone else getting problems like this? i followed the instructions on the site and config the lazarus, dirs, and mame .cfg files accordingly. i've tried it maybe 5 times with the same error.
