Title: Project Tempest 0.82? Anyone got it?

I've been searching fruitlessly for Project Tempest 0.82 to use with mamewah. I've tried the old trick of going to the main site and amending the other downloads from 0.95 to 0.82, but it says file not found.

Does anyone know where to get it, or would be willing to mail it to me?

Weird how some popular files in the arcade community are talked about often, but are not hosted anywhere obvious anymore....
