Title: when was image enhancement added?? not plugins.

hey dudes just came back from a buddys house and he is using a version of mame that has the image enhancement option not the plugin stuff for psx games..

he showed me mortal kombat 2 with this..

andrea's HQ x2

and then

creeds super eagle

and i noticed the speed didnt drop to much either it dropped to about 91% on his overclocked pentium 4 at 3.4 ghz..

also he showed me one that was on the very bottom and it made MK 2 run about 50% of 100% speed this was noticed pressing the F11 key..

i should mention mortal kombat 2 looked damn good with andrea's 2x enhancement but the other ones gave it to much smootheness or blurryiness.

i just tried it with the HQ 4x option and i get 13fps on virtua fighter,.,. :angry:
