A friend of mine is looking for a set of score keeping reals. The kind that are flush mounted in the side of a pool table, which are on reals/rolls. Prefereable a three real. Can anyone tell me what these are called and where one might be able to purchase them?

The only ones I've seen are totally fake.

I've never seen score keeper reels on a pool table before...... ???

They are on most coin-op pool tables. I don't think I've ever seen one on a non-commercial table.
You can look, but I highly doubt you will find an aftermarket solution.

Ah.... now that I've seen one I kinda recognize them..... never used one. :P

Most people never use them because by the time the score is actually meaningful, most people are too ---smurfing--- sloshed to know what comes after ten.
They're apparently pretty cheap (http://www.billiardsstore.com/display/scat/price/264.cfm).
I see plastic beads (http://www.fivestarbilliards.com/thestore/prods/GAPSB.html) more often in home environments.
