I went and snagged a bunch of these yesterday.  There is no Lowe's coupon.  There is a "send this in and we'll send you a 10% off" Business Reply Mail card from Home Depot.  It says you can also go to homedepotmoving.com/tenpercent but that requires creating a profile, much like the Lowe's link.
