Title: MAME32 backgrounds
Post by: nic8612 on May 09, 2007, 06:20:46 pm
For the life of me, I can't figure out how to change the backgrounds on mame32.  I know there is an option to change the background and it lets you search for the specific file and select it.  But everytime I do it, it always stays white.  I have tried like 10 different background images from one of the background packs.  Nothing works.  Any suggestions?

not sure if they are .png files or not, I cant remember.  I'm at work right now, but I will check when I get off.  I figured they would be already in the correct format as they were packaged specifically as a background pack.

The files are indeed .png files.  When I select to change the background, nothing happens, the background stays white.  I am using Mame32 114u2

Just checked, I thought 114 was the latest Mame32, but there is a 115. I downloaded it and the backgrounds work fine in this version.  Thanks
