Did anyone go? I'm hitting Dayton next week.

Howdy! This was the first auction I have attended, so I have nothing to compare it to. I am interested in the original classic machines, and there were few. A DK with bad artwork, and needing a cap kit went for $375. A non working Super Pacman in a decent cab for $225. An Asteroids with both monitor boards missing for over $200. It seemed like if you put a multigame board in anything, it went for a premium. I did not stick around for the pins, as many were non working, had wore out playfields, or both. They did all of the arcade games at one time, even the "dead row". Very few parts for sale. However, it was nice to play the games that were working and to be around the "arcade community". It was worthwhile for my first auction.

Did you see what any of the dead row cabs went for? I'm thinking I might pick up a project cab this weekend. This'll be my first too, so I'm not entirely sure what to expect. I'm sure I can get a cheap JAMMA cab though.
