Title: Unable to use "switchres" with MAME 0.113

Hi,

   I am trying to run Mame 0.113 with my ArcadeVga card (7000 series I

think) and a D9200 monitor. I created the ini files with the AVRes tool but the

problem is they use hte "switchres" option and I get "Unable to create

DIrectDraw surface" and then Mame exits. WIthout the switchres it will work but

I don't get the resolution I wanted.

Are there any problems running the ArcadeVGA, D9200 monitor and Mame 0.113?
