Alight...when my Athlon 64 (which runs my Horizontal cabinet) is running...NO garage door opener, or keyless entry system within 75 yards in any direction works.
Thats right...when my computer is running, I have about 5 neighbors around me who think their garage door opener remotes and/or their car alarm/keyless entry system is busted.
I have tested this over and over and I am 100% certain that my computer is causing this probem. When it is on...I can't open either garage by remote (hard wired is OK). I cant get in to either of my Dodge vehicles without actually using the key...and my 2 ceiling fan remote controls don't work.
When it is off...everything works.
The other day, I wanted to see how far i'd have to go before my keyless entry would work...I drove down the street checking...it took a good 70-75 yards before my damn keyless entry would work!!
I've seen not one, but TWO of my neighbors tinkering with their garage door openers...now I know why.
WHAT CAN I DO? I suppose I could build a faraday cage around the computer but that would be a huge pain in the ass...any other ideas?

Thats smurfin wierd. Did you build it yourself?

Did you try just the monitor and not the computer? Odds are low but worth a shot. 75 yards is a lot of area to interfere with something. There has to be something physically malfunctioning as that is against the FCC rules electronic devices have to pass in order to be licensed, if your computer is actually the cause.

If it is your computer do you have it in a case or open. A simple case is a good faraday cage and would offer a great deal more shielding then an open motherboard. I could not tell from the pictures on your web site how the computer was mounted.
