Title: Nice 6-button layout file for CPV2 (CPViewer) for standard res monitor?

Does anyone have a decent, nice looking layout file  for CPV2 that looks good on a standard resolution arcade monitor? I tried the standard 7-button layout, but it only shows on the bottom half of my monitor, and the button labels are illegible. I thought if someone has a decent layout file (at the right resolution), I can modify it to match my layout easy enough. Thanks!

edit -- I should also add that I am using MALA as a front end if it matters.
