Title: Manual For Final Lap 3?

I've looked in the usual places
(www.bombjack.org , arcarc.xmission.com , klov, etc..) No luck.
I can find version 1 and 2 (on eBay for 2), but no 3.
Anyone have one they can scan, or a pdf I can take a look at?
