Title: Does anyone own this TV? (Apex)

This is the only TV that will fully fit in my cabinet.  It is an APEX 2415.  Unfortunately, it is a Flat screen  :(

Does anyone have this TV?  How good is the S-Video quality?  (I know, Apex is cheeeeeep)

Does it power on in the last selected mode? (S-Video)

Thanks guys,  I hate to use a flat screen, but after 3 days of investigation, there is simply no other option unless I want to go 20".  (no way!)

This TV is 23.1" wide, while my cab fits 23.75" interior space.  Phew!!!

I think you're talking about another APEX TV, which has speakers on the side (hence, is overall wider)

The one I'm looking to buy has speakers on the bottom, this one:
