I got my slim klown mask from darkside studios yesterday. It's looks incredible.  :o  I will never buy a mask from a store again !

Check out the pic with the Pepsi this thing is massive.  :dizzy:  It makes  a great display piece. I am going to have to build some kind of display stand when i get time.
I painted a lighter purple around the eyes to make them stand out more.

What did you pay for that? I'm guessing close to $200.

That is AWESOME!!

I could really get into this. Creating aliens and monsters and stuff....

Ever investigate the scratchbuild side?

I have this on dvd. It is a halloween tradition to watch this.
I would like to see a Maury Povich episode where he gets together a bunch of people with clown phobias and make them watch this.  >:D

I checked out the site. It is pretty neat that they have all of the clowns from the movie. $125 isn't that bad. If it was at Spencers it would be ALOT more.

You would be right but the late eighties are just a blurr of fat chicks and VB so this is to be expected.

I have thought about mask making. When I get some time and money im going to buy a start up kit from the monster makers.

It was $ 135.00 + 13.50 shipping.

Thanks for the kind words guys.  If anyone wants a killer klowns mask they may be discontinued in march of 07 ( darkside was offered alot of money for the molds by a privet collector)

They have allot of great mask besides the klowns. There not at all what you would find in stores. darkside is a small studio that sells directly to customers. There mask are hand made from very thick latex and hand painted as well. Another great site for quality mask is deathstudios.com
