Correct me if I am wrong, but don't we want 1/16 for t-molding?

The HF 1/16 is just fine.  Built my entire cab with HF router bits and there are no problems.  If you are going to do a lot of woodworking get some good bits.  For a cab HF will work.

HF is fine for anything that doesn't have moving parts.  Otherwise, stay away.

Side note: They're forbidden by local law from selling about 1/2-3/4 of their power tools at my local store because they're not UL listed.

HF has their place. Router bits are not in the list though. I prefer to buy my 20,000RPM spinning carbide from more reputable sources. ;)

Get the size recommended by the t-molding manufacturer.  I received a couple of t-molding samples and tried the infinitely easier to find next size up and the t-molding was just too loose.  I ended up getting the suggested size off eBay and the t-molding went in perfectly -- even requiring encouragment from a rubber mallot in places ;)

Except for clamps....and cheap nail guns.....and this ashtray....  ;D
And thats all I need....these clamps, this nailgun, and this ashtray......I don't need one other thing, not one - I need this.  The paddleball game, these clamps, this nailgun, and this ashtray.  And I don't need one other thing, except my dog.   *dog barks*  I don't need my dog.

Sorry, I used mine for cutting my bezel frame to insert plexi into. Worked great :applaud:

I wouldn't put off Harbor Freight that easy.
They do have many things I wouldn't buy.
But this year I decided to give a few things a try. I bought an electric jack hammer from them for $400.
It works just as good as any $1500 Bosch that I have ever used.
I also bought a hammer drill for $70. It seems to be working just as good as the $500-600 Milwaukee's and Hilti that I own.
BTW, I own a construction company so these are getting much more than casual use.
We'll see how good they are working another year or 2 down the road.....
