Title: Wells Gardner D9400, variety of models, which to get?
Post by: releasedtruth on September 28, 2006, 12:39:08 pm
On the Wells Gardner site they show several different D9400 models. Some curved glass, some flat CRT, some Philips, some RCA, all the same price. My question is this, is there a preference and do some work better than others? I'd hate to pony up the loot and get the wrong one. Thanks

The flat vs curved is simply a matter of taste.  Curved will give you the "old school" look and the flat is obviously more modern.  I don't know if there is a difference in quality between the flat rca and flat lg tubes...in the past WG has listed their rca tubes as higher grade with a difference in price, but the price is the same for these.
