Title: .exe work on dreamcast

hello all i know this is probably a long shot but is it possible to burn a disk with a .exe file on it and getting it wo play on the dreamcast?

IIRC yes... sorta. It has to be a WinCE executable and you'll need a keyboard and mouse I think.
