Title: DOSCab/WinCab Jukebox Beta 11 Titlecard Font Issue

I'm new to the forum, so please be kind.

I've been testing WinCab Beta 11 and have run into an issue I can't seem to resolve.

Regarding titlecards, I run primarily the singles-based skins and prefer UpperCase artists, LowerCase titles. I set the skin as follows...

ForceUpperCaseTitles=False
ForceUpperCaseArtists=True

Beta 11 lists everything in lowercase. Beta 8 seems to handle it okay.

Oops... looks like I forgot to hook that back up as I laid in the new font system....

The font loading system is actually completely changing; I didn't quite finish it, so I hooked up some temporary "backward-compatibility" code and it looks like I just forgot to put these in.  I'll fix it.
