Don't know if anyone here is interested but I just got a great deal on some Pachislo machines and thought I'd share the link. I got the 3 for $450 deal and that includes shipping. Pachislo machines are very heavy so this is a good deal.

That's a good deal with the free shipping. I bought one at an auction for $110 a couple months ago.

They are not legal in Washington state. Machines are being siezed here by the government.

That's nuts. Pachislo are not what we need to be worrying about. I know there's a few other states that have rules against them. Prety soon coins will be outlawed because you can flip them and bet on heads or tails. ::)

Gaku is a great guy to deal with. Which games did you get??

I have a Sinbad adventure, Azteca legend returns, and the New Sea Story due to arrive on Wednesday.

Are they seizing from private residences?
-
Yes, they are. In fact, just a few miles from me yesterday, a family in Lacey, Wash. had several of their Pachislo slots siezed and even the Pachinko machines too! It was on the tv news yesterday and on the front page of the local newspaper, The Olympian.
Despite the fact that the father stated these machines only operate on tokens and pay out tokens, the State took the machines anyway. The guy had a really nice gameroom in his house too which included a Bally Supersonic pinball, a couple of video arcade games, airhockey, and pool table (all of which used coins BTW).

All I can figure is that guy really pissed off someone, or he really was using them for gambling. The police wouldn't even know he had them unless someone reported him.

THat's so STUPID! All a pachinko machine pays out is metal BALLS!

It is still considered a gambling machine...

The tv news said "someone was walking by his garage [which was open at the time], saw the machines, and turned him in to the Gambling Commission".
This happened just a few miles from my place. Too bad, as the guy seemed like a nice guy and had a beautiful game room.
-
Well Ken, I'm sure you feel safer now that these machines of sin are off the street. Its amazing what people worry about :dizzy:.

So is the stock market. ::)
Hell there's more gambing going on when I put money in a coke machine. It's luck of the draw if anything will really come out. ;D

True, but the government gets their cut on the stock market and your coke purchase. ;D That is the gambling kicker.

Well my machines came in and they are great. The new technology in these things (I had one years ago) is unbelievable. I can't believe how cheap they are. Have one little broken piece on one of them but Gaku is sending me a replacement. Now I have to go tonight to pick out some stands.

Just noticed this on that page:
2,500 used 25mm tokens for $100, shipping included. (USPS flat rate box -- 5 to 6 business days)
That's a hell of a price!
