You think that is ridiculous but I've seen multiple mame machines with just a single joystick and two buttons sell for between $1500 and $3000 at the arcade auction. Oh and with only a 19 inch arcade monitor in them.

Its not so much the price, its the fact that you don't even know what this one is. Is it 1 player? Cocktail? Auction doesn't even have a pic of it.

I wouldn't buy anything from a seller that looked that shady (and used geoshitties to boot!)

but it "seems" that the mame cabinet is in a japanes sitdown style cabinet which would be pretty cool... and might make it worth the grand (depending on multitude of factors... monitor, intactness of jamma harnessesessess, condition, speed of PC, etc...)

Yeah but where the heck is a real picture of the cab :P?
I wouldnt buy for even $100 if he doesnt show me the cab :-*.
