Title: Can Nebula games run in full screen mode from the command prompt?

Hi,

I've just downloaded nebula 2.23, and wanting to run games using the command prompt. I searched the documentation for all command prompt options, but I cannot find on option to run games in full screen mode (i.e. no windows or menu option tool bars).

Does any one know what the command option may be to run games in full screen mode?

ie. nebula.exe [game rom name] -[option]

I've searched the documentation, unless I'm blind, I cannot find the option and how to implement it.

The general.txt file shows the options available and how to implement the options, but the file does not show any options for the full screen video option.

There is also a video.txt file, what explains video options available, but I believe it make referance to the GUI options that are available. I had tried diferent command line options using what's documented in the video.txt file, but without sucess. Options I have tried without sucess from the video.txt file are:

nebula.exe 1944  -640x440
nebula.exe 1944  -stretch
nebula.exe 1944  -full screen
nebula.exe 1944  -keep aspect

Could you please provide the command line on how it it's to be done?

OHHH, from command-line.  I missed that part.  I haven;t run it from commandline.  hmm, what happens if from the GUI you first set it to classic mode, maybe that sets some value for you ????

That's the issue... the gui MUST be in classic mode for command line options to take effect.  Also the gui seems to "freeze" while the rom is loading but that's normal, just be patient.

oh wait... i see what you mean now

nebula only has one command line option, namely...

nebula.exe romname


Anything else is saved in the options inside the gui.  Sorry man.

just change it to classic fullscreen gui in the options, and the next time you run it from command line, it will start fullscreen ;)

Thanks for the information.

I've managed to get it working on the original Nebula emulator, and I have also tried it on the new Model 2 emulator. I did manage to get the Model 2 emulator working in full screen mode, but I was not able to use the ESC key to exit the emulator, like I was with the original emulator.

I'll investigate further, to see if I've miss configured something.

Has any one else has the same problem?
