Can anyone help me? I am using Adobe Illustrator, and I am trying to 'stretch and bend' this image around the center point on the bottom just under the "I".
I'm trying to arch it over the pacman character for sideart. Anyone know how to do it?
I've been trying for about 3 hours with no luck
Thanks

Do you have that as a vector?
-
yes I do, but it would not let me post it online. I want to replace the standard Pac-Man logo on the sideart (grabbed from the arcade art library) and replace it with the Multi-Pac logo.
I can get it to arch, but every time I do it distorts the letters. I would like to do it without distorting the letters.
Thanks!

Did you try Object>Envelope Distort?
-
Yeah, I tried that and that is were it keeps distorting the letters on me. I can 'stretch' the image so it will fit, but when I tyry to arch it, I run into problems.
Any other suggestions?

Ideally, you'd want to start out with all of the text on a staight line - that's what's most likely causing the distortion.

Thanks
I'll give it a try, but I just grabbed this image from the arcade art library as well, and I just bought my Illustrator program, so it's all really new....very cool....but very new.
Thanks again

Try breaking it up and regrouping each letter individually. Then you should be able to place them on your new curved path.

Too Funny,
That is exactly what I just did...well I got as far as ungrouping them....I'll definately submit to the library when done!
Thanks for all the help!
