Title: Guerrilla War, play without rotary?

Well, maybe it is impossible to find Ikari warriors with normal sticks.

How about Guerrilla War, and 'standard' known joystick edition of that? :) :)

If you had a Tron setup, you could play just fine: spinner and Joystick with a trigger...
