Title: Font REQ: ColecoVision style font

Hello everyone. My name is Gabe, and I am new here. I was turned on to your forum through another site called RetroJunk.com. So far, this looks like a great place. I don't have any MAME machines yet, but I do have a Donkey Kong and Ms. Pac-Man that get a lot of play. As for MAME, I'm still at that stage , is it better to build or buy my cabinet? Only time will tell.

I didn't really see a post or thread just for intros, but if you like, I'll tell you more. Other than that, it's nice to make some new friends.

Now onto my request.

Does anyone know of a good ColecoVision style font? Any help or direction is greatly appreciated.

I don't know it off-hand, but you might try uploading a sample of it to whatthefont, or some other such site.

I actually came up with this after a little luck. It's not an exact, but it does look a little similar to the original. I've a few fonts that offer some of the variations of the letters, but when I mix them , it ends up looking like garbage.

This was my best result, but I found by adding the Rainbow Gradient to any style typeface, the finished product looked acceptable.

Somewhat at least  :)
