Title: How much should I expect to pay for....

I know people say kinkos is the most expensive, but I'm still curious.  How much would they charge to scan say a 27 inch wide by 39 inch long poster and put it a format where I could edit it say in photo shop.  Also how much do they charge to print stuff like that, and what kind of material should I look to have my art printed on so I could stick it on my cab?

I just found out that my school has an Hp designjet 500 like the one picture below.  Could it handle the printing task I want to do?
