Title: Anyone wanna go to a Yankees game on Friday? 6-23-06

I'm going to South Kearny/Newark New Jersey (leaving on 6-20, returning 6-24).  The folks there tell me that it's only about 40 minutes away from Yankee Stadium with traffic.  Only problem is..I don't have anyone to go with.  I'll go by myself, but it'd be cool to meet a fellow dork (BYOACer) while checking out Yankee Stadium in one of it's last years. 

Anyway, if anyone's interested, let me know!

I used to have a lot of customers in that area. 

I hope you're not staying anywhere around there.  It's an ugly place.  ;D

my day of travel has been mostly pleasant.  except now I'm in Newark, NJ.  c'mon, someone go to the freakin game with me!

damn... had I seen this thread and gotten away from work, I would have went with ya.  Newark is a 10min trade ride for me.
