Title: DOSCab MIDI problem

Besides MP3 and OGG songs, DOS/WinCab can also show and play MIDI ones. WinCab works fine with them, but on the other hand, DOSCab hangs as soon as a MIDI song ends (i.e. DOSCab plays a MIDI song fine, but hangs when it ends). Hence there seems be some sort of incompatilibity between DOSCab and MIDI.

Probably a buffer I'm not de-allocating properly... I'll check it out!  Thank you for the bug report!
