Title: dressing up the taskbar?

Wondering if anyone knows of a way to skin the taskbar on a windowsXP desktop or make it semi-transparent.

I found one program, can't remember what it was called but it cost like $40 and I couldn't figure out how to set it up on the free trial anyways...
