Title: cant find the name of a game, SNES

im not a fan of many racing games, but there was a really fun arcade racer for the SNES that i would always stay up late at a freinds house to play back in elementry school...

wanna help me out? it had a sorta futuristic feel to it, lots of color, lots of techno... ^.^
for the longest time i thought it was top gear,... >.<
