Title: Looking for a Danny Sullivan's Indy Heat manual

I'm picking up a Danny Sullivan's Indy Heat this weekend.  And I'm wondering if any has an actual or pdf verison of the manual?  As I can't seem to fine it.

I checked all the online sources I know, and I can't find a PDF version.
