Did the original MK cabinet have one?  Honestly, I don't ever remember seeing one for it.

Nope...  I have an original MK and it does not.

Sorry, i have wrong for Mortal Kombat but Killer Instinct 2 i'm sure have Instruction Card! Maybe the first Killer Instinct have too!

I think they've made custom bezels with the KI special moves on them.  I've seen them on eBay, but I'm not sure if the originals had them or not.

I know the original KI I used to play didn't have the move list on the bezel.  No clue about KI2.

I have found bezel with movement (  :) )of KI and KI2 but in low definition :(
