I have had this done for some time now but never posted any pictures. I used an old pentium 2 desktop computer and a 15 inch crt. Thanks to Scott at Mame Marquees for helping me finish off my project with the CPO. He does some awesome work. :o I have rigged up the system so that you press the coin release buttons to register a coin. What do you guys think?

very nice! I like it!
I'm also interested, do you have any construction picks? I'm planning a similiar Pacman themed cab, and would love to see how you built the supports for the monitor (with it laying back at that angle like that!)

Very nice. I'd love to see some pictures of how you rigged the coin reject buttons. I plan on doing this myself and I'd like to get some ideas.

Great work sg, a very tidy little unit. Congrats.

also interested in the coin reject hookups. eventually i would like to make my pc power up by pressing the reject buttons.

for the buttons to get coins dont you just set the encoder to use that input? for powering up i think the power button is extended by using wire to lengthen it.
looks very nice.

I have a keyboard hack on mine. Here are some pics of how i rigged up the coing mechs. For the monitor, i took the pc monitor out of its casing and made a template out of cardboard that would fit down on the back of it. I then transfered the template to some 3/4 inch wood. There was a metal tab at each corner of the monitor that is laying on the wood mount. This is an original cab so it has a ledge built in on each side so i slid the wood down onto it. For my power button i extended the original wires to a button i mounted right behind the coin door.
