Hey everybody,
My co-workers parents are moving next weekend, and have a Nibbler cocktail cabinet in thier basement. The son want it but doesn't have room, so knowing that I'm into the "arcade scene". He's invited me over this weekend to take a look and if I like make an offer.
He hasn't been able to provide me with any pics, but he mentioned that it has a round top. Something like (http://www.pong-story.com/pics/arcade/cocktl2/cocktail.jpg).
The only round cocktails I've been able to find are all pong/pong convertions. The manual for Nibbler doesn't even mention a dedicated cocktail table.
Is there such a thing as a dedicated Nibbler Cocktail? (I'm guessing not but hey...) What would be a fair price to offer for such a unit? I know what I want to spend, I just wanna know for my own minds sake.
Sounds like a fun game and probably in desent shape too. It's been in a family room for 20+ years, given to the family in barter for other products from an operator.
Any ideas?

In my time, I've never seen a dedicated Nibbler. Only conversions.

My bet is it's not the Nibbler but a nibbler. Like big foot bonkers by meadows or something similar. that would put it in the era of round cocktails.

Well, I showed him the artwork for the Rockola Nibber, and he says that's what he remembers on the machine. It's also a color monitor, so I'm hoping that may give me a bit of freedom to swap in other boardsets in future. I'm hoping I can do a Jamma conversion to it since it's most likely a conversion game anyways. I should know more after the weekend.
Thanks for the input guys.
