Title: JAMMA to SCART

HY im pretty newbie here but i read lot of this site.
I taught about build a JAMMA to TV converter. does anyone have an idea
how to wire it. P.S i have a scart input

What device will be generating the video output? Might not even be necessary to have a JAMMA harness.
